The National Accounts Manager reports to the Director of National Accounts, and is located in Mansfield, MA.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position helps maintain and grow the customer relationship for multi-unit restaurants, universities, and health care facilities. This position provides product solutions including restaurant supplies, disposables, and light equipment. Responsibilities range from order entry/customer service, to working with multi-unit contacts providing product information, product recommendations, availability of merchandise, pricing, delivery status, etc.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Compare job proposal data against blue prints/plans (if available) to ensure required materials are included and freight & tax calculations are accurate
  • Create formal computer-based job proposals based on data
  • Source required job materials and obtain written quotes from manufacturers
  • Date-enter quotes and accurate material descriptions into Lawson M3 System
  • Identify manufacturers, assist in negotiating pricing, select merchandise and approve purchases
  • Track status of orders, follow up on factory acknowledgements and ensure delivery deadlines are met
  • Create written change orders as required
  • Provide status updates through regular written and verbal reports
  • Enter status of orders into Lawson M3 system
  • Negotiate TriMark United East standard company costs and pricing in conjunction with Sales and support
  • Assist in daily duties as needed
  • Works collaboratively with purchasing team and vendors to provide product solutions
  • Furnishes product information and website resources to existing and prospective accounts
  • Coordinate product roll-outs, opening packages, and website content for assigned accounts
  • Communicates with sales team and customer to obtain and process orders via computer-based order entry system
  • Create required internal reports
  • Participate in product training as necessary, travel to customer sites as required
COMPETENCIES:
  • Moderate to advance Microsoft Office skills required
  • Ability to read blueprints or aptitude to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Highly detail oriented and ability to multitask
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Experience with Lawson M3, AutoQuotes or similar systems preferred, but not required
  • Prior food service experience a plus
  • Prior factory-rep or estimating experience a plus
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
The range provided represents the national average pay range for this position and is considered to be a general guideline. Pay for this position will reflect the candidates unique qualifications and may be higher or lower than the range provided based on employee geographic location. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other local, state, and federal law.

In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMarks benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
